Steps to make Bao Buns:
- Prepare all the ingredients. In a bowl add the ingredients for the dough and knead smoothly. Cover and let it sit in a warm place for about 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, knead the dough for 2 mnts to release the air.

Stir and cook on high only so the chicken does not release water and remains tender. No water should remain. Turn off the heat and start assembling.
